The Premier Prevention Package offers health and wellness programs, state-of-the-art medicine by physicians, as well as Parahealth providers to walk you through every step of the way. One of the primary goals of the Executive Health and Wellness Programs, aside from providing supreme health service, is to also reduce the amount of sick days used by members and keeping them in their best possible health at all times. Preventive care is always paramount to our overall health care theme.
Premier Prevention Membership
As a Premier member you will receive all the benefits of the Wellness Initiative and Partner Advantage Packages, in addition to the following:
• Executive physicals
This annual wellness exam consists of a suite of comprehensive tests such as a thorough medical history evaluation, thorough physical exam (60-90 minutes), and general blood work. All visits are made by medical physicians and nurse practitioners and done in the comfort and convenience of your office or home.
• Highest Level of Access
Like the Partner Advantage, Prevention Plus Package allows all eligible participants access to our team of health care professionals, including physicians, registered dietitians, certified personal trainers, nurses, physical therapists, in addition to medical physicians. Communication is maintained through a variety of options to best suit your needs, such as text messaging, video mailings, live video chats, emails, and unlimited phone access to our medical professional on staff.

Partner Advantage
As a Partner Advantage member you will receive all the benefits of the Wellness Initiative Package, services provided by a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in addition to the following:
• Biometric Screening and lab service brought to you
The biometric screening takes approximately ten to fifteen minutes per person causing limited workplace disruption. The data gathered in Biometric Testing provides an accurate snapshot of an individual’s health, resulting in a benchmark for intervention and increased wellbeing.
• Access to Health Care Professionals
All eligible participants are provided access to our team of health care professionals, registered dietitians, certified personal trainers, nurses, physical therapists, and other experts in positive lifestyle behavior change.

Wellness Initiative
MD2YOU has a team of health professionals who are dedicated to helping individuals clarify their health goals, then implement and sustain the behaviors, lifestyles, and attitudes that are conducive to optimal health.
Health customized action programs are offered to all members. We work closely with you to identify the specific programs that will appeal to your particular health and wellness objectives
• Health Coaches
Our health coaching staff are personal cheerleaders that guide you in your care and health-maintenance activities and assist those who are working to reduce the negative impact made on their lives by chronic conditions. Experience support through communication ranging from cell phone text messaging, to live phone calls, personal emails, and video mail.
• Health Action Programs
Creative and customized health action programs are offered to all participants. We work closely with you to identify the specific programs that will appeal to your particular health and wellness objectives.
• Individualized Health Management Tools
Participants will have a personalized portal. The portal is a one-stop destination to view, log, and track progress against their specific health goals.
