Through this individual account, they will be able to sign up for worksite biometric screenings, receive email confirmations, have screening data pre-populated into their personal HRA (if such an option is desired), have screening data populated into their secure personal Health Portal, complete an online health risk assessment (if desired), view their personal screening results, and receive individually-tailored recommended action steps.
The personal and secure Health Portal is a one-stop destination for employees to view, log, and track progress against their specific health goals. It features extensive online tools and calculators supported by evidenced-based content and materials.
